Roger’s new Slack integration has arrived. Need to approve a bill or receipt? Get automatically notified and approve (or deny) without ever leaving Slack.
The average employee spends almost half the workday on Slack.
So, Roger is making sure you don’t have to leave the place you’re already communicating to handle basic accounting approvals.
Bills and receipts are added to Roger via your Roger Inbox by sending them to your unique Roger email address. You can also upload documents directly via our web interface or from your phone.
Using Roger’s workflow technology to automatically create requirements for approvers, approvers are created and then need to be contacted to approve, deny or follow up on expenses.
With our new Slack integration, approvers are automatically contacted in Slack. They get the option to approve or deny expenses, or go to Roger to dive further into the details.
Of course, you can still go directly to Roger’s web application or mobile apps for Android or iOS to approve, deny or explore expenses.
The average office worker receives 121 emails per day. One of their top self-professed productivity killers? Excessive email - according to 53% of workers.
That’s a lot of email.
And a lot of places for simple approvals to get lost. Late payment fees can be costly and damage relationships with vendors you need in your corner.
Between Roger and Slack, it’s like having an assistant to hand you an item directly for your approval. Roger populates details like:
- Vendor
- Due Date
- Amount
